I’m trying to benchmark within industry with regard to sanitisation in the cleanrooms.
How often are the different grades (Grade A,B,C and D) sanitised?
What validation activity is required in deeming the frequency acceptable?
There are no prescribed frequencies. This is something you must find, justify and put into use.
Typically, you’ll probably see a Daily/Weekly and Monthly Frequency. With Daily being routine cleaning (probably floors, etc) Weekly possibly alternating solutions (something more harsh and more detailed cleaning) and then monthly where walls, ceilings, etc are cleaned.
Remember the Grades have differing Environmental specs. Without sounding like an azz, do what you need to do to keep the bugs and particles, etc in check.
