I would like some advice on how to validate a visual inspection system for needle tip damge to Opthahlmic needles. I am considering a knapp test of operators. The knapp test will have to test the operator at different range of tip damage. I am following USP 1790 but it mainly concentrates on Particulates. Has anyone validated a vision system for needle tip damage?
