URS_ QC Lab Equipments

Dear All,

Is it necessary to have a URS for lab equipments? or Can we use the purchase order instead of URS. Please clarify.

Please begin with a URS, this is best practice.

according to Chines GMP ,the Urs is not necessary,but the DQ is necessary.but as far as my experience,I think it is better to have URS,the phurase order is not the GMP document and it can be part of the URS,attach the phurase and the contract to the URS.I do not think DQ is necessary.but if the GMP required ,you can also follow.
