can i take base temp.280 if the set parameter of tunnel is between 300 to 340
Min Fh values should be 30 minutes for listed z and base temp values. Max lethality is not determined but high Fo values mean high temperature which can damage ampoules. Your lethality is ok. PDA Techical Report requires at least 3 log reduction of bacterial endotoxin.
