I’m performing a qualification for a labelling and label counting machine.
When i review the previous version, i found that they were using timer in this OQ, but i can’t find any use of the timer.
Does anyone have any idea what is the application of timer in labelling machine OQ??

All testing in OQ should be done to verify requirements so if there are no time-based requirements, it doesn’t make much sense.
One possibility might be that, at one time, they had some time-based requirements (possibly ill-conceived) that were subsequently removed. They could have had timing tests where they removed the test steps but forgot to remove the timer reference?
