I want to know that there is any guideline or pattern to write the time on BPCR.
For example if i wriiten the time in 14:30 way then this is wrong way to written the time.Some one told me that 1430 hrs is the write way according to GMP.
Does your firm have an SOP for documentation? Your company should have an SOP that gives you direction but also follows the GMPs.

we follow the SOP acording to ICH guideline,
but i want to know that there is any guidline for it that how to written the time on document or its upto you or acc to your company SOP for documention.

As a regulator, I’m going to look at that. And as far as I know, there are no guidelines.
