What locations would you recommend for TC placement in a Freezer or Refrigerator. Would the corners of each shelf be alright, are there any guidelines for locations. Thanks!

I would recommend placing TCs on 3 levels at each corner and center. There should be one TC at the controller RTD.
According to Guideline DKD-R 5-7 Calibration of Climatic Chambers - you can put 9 thermocouples - in each corner and the center of the chamber. Good instruction are in VAISALA document - 8 Steps to Validating/Mapping a Chamber. You can put more TCs than 9, but then you have a risk if some TC record invalid data.
