I am working on system audit check list for GLP labs. These GLP labs usually are involved in method validation, bioanalysis of samples. i just wanted to know what all can be the part of the check list. To be more precise i would like to know the template for check list
Secondly i also want the template for “Quality Assurance Audit Plan”
I had already done the engine search but the information i am geting is in bits and pieces.
