I would say that it does not matter the method you use to sterilize, the same criteria need to be met in order to demonstrate you have provided a sterile condition. Please refer to the guidance to understand this. There are different ways you can approach this including bracketing. If you do not want to qualify a minimum load, they had better be prepared to have the load fully comply with what is validated for each run.
