Does anyone out there have a validation plan template for use for software validation in the pharmaceutical industry?
In GAMP 5 appendix M1 is for Validation Planning
I am not sure if this is what you want but it is an interesting reference and gives you templates for documenting validation. It also steps you through creating a validation SOP.

The 10-step Risk-Based approach to validation uses fill-in-the-blank Word templates. It asks all the right questions and can be used for any computer system validation. I’ve used it 192 times. It is much more understandable than GAMP or V-model descriptions. Check out
