I am preparing the protocol for process validation of tablet where we use the PK mixer for stage of blending. As normally, we sampled at top, middle, bottom point after the mixing time, three samples at each points then assay individually for uniformity. Our tablet contains five active ingredient.
Can we use lowest content of active ingredients to use for uniformity? If we want to increase the sampling points, ten sampling points for example, can you please share me the way to take samples?
