As a part of regular qualification & validation, during Operational qualification(OQ) SOP is approved but not effective, can we proceed to perform the PQ? or else after effective of SOP only PQ shall be performed?
Not really. Does this SOP tell you how to perform a PQ? Then the answer is NO. Tell people to hustle their butts and sign!
