The analytical methodology, which I’d developed is for determination of cleaning agent residues, in Swab samples. Basically the method is based on calibration plot, with known level of standards . Unknown analyte (concentration of cleaning agent in Swab sample) is directly quantitated from the regression equation [y =mx+b] derived from calibration plot.
If, Im proceeding on the strategy mentioned above
bWhat are the other Regression parameters(other than, Correlation coefficient [r2], Slope[m] & Intercept,for.Ex. Standard error, Coeffcient of variation Residual,…) I need to include as acceptance criteria ?
(2)What is timeline, I need to perform recalibration plot/curve?
