Quality Agreement with a electronic QMS vendor

We have purchased a software system (to manage Deviation/CAPAS/CC/Doc’s etc.) which will be qualified to the applicable regulatory standards (& with reference to GAMP 5).

we have an SLA in place with the vendor, which describes Technical support, Software Maintenance, Prodcut upgades, responsibilities etc.

we do not have any internal “service provider” categorisation procedure,

is a Quality Agreement also required?,
