Can anyone please give me an idea regarding load cell verification /calibration process. Can I use water to verify the capacity of load cell of a compounding vessel? Please give me a details regarding the process.
I don’t think it matters what material you use, just as long as the weight is correct and can be considered accurate. How will you know how much water you put in the tank?
I would talk to the load cell manufacturer to check how they recommend calibrating the load cells.
Thanks Jared for your response. We want perform verification by taking known amount of purified water from a calibrated balance. Then take result of different amounts like 500kg, 1000kg, 2000 kg, 3000 kg, 4000 kg.
