How can we statistically analyze the data which has been gathered during process validation of tablet? Moreover, what techniques should be applied to determine the lubricant in final blend?
Process validation data can be analyzed with control charts and Process capability studies.
If i am correct, in the blending stage, content uniformity is the in-process test. I think you are not required to determine the lubricants in the Process validation.

Thanks for your fruitful reply. We are doing the same blend uniformity test. Could you kindly provide me a complete control chart and process capability studies for tablet (in excel format) so that I will use it as a reference ?
