I am designing my process validation for a new API supplier in an already validated process. The manufacturing process is a common blend which can be compressed into 4 tablet strengths. My proposal is to validate the blend as would have been done in the original process and then use three batches of any of the 4 tablets strengths to complete the validation as original PV showed no difference - what do you think? Also should i include a monitoring on maybe one batch of each other strength? Thanks for the advice
