That’s a big request. Many of us earn a living doing what your asking on contract so it would be counter-productive for me to give you this level of help without compensation.
I expect that if you do a google search, you will be able to come up with some examples. If you find some examples and then have some specific questions, I would be more inclined to offer support.
I’ll leave it at this: the ‘P’ in PQ is “Performance” so look at the performance aspects of your packaging process and focus the effort there. The de-facto industry standard is 3 production runs.

what tests I should perform the packaging process at the stage of the PQ. I wrote tests for speed, temperature, pre-heating plate slots, critical sensors, . connecting the sensor and aluminum foil FILM Formable, discards blisters and camera tests.
