In the sterilizing chamber of depyrogenation tunnel, must particles be measured in hot (depyrogenation temperature appr. 290 C) or cold (room temperature) conditions ?
Sterilizing chamber is fully insulated and the vials are heated by the recirculated hot air. The air is recirculated by fan through HEPA filter.
