i am new to this group, any one can help me is Analytical method validation is required for ORS powder?If no please give me reference.

Why did you ask about the requirement of analytical method? For any pharmaceutical product, its testing method should be validated. ORS is nothing but a mixture of some electrolytic salts. Assay method (content of each electrolyte) should be validated.
