Neutralizer of detergent

Hi ALL,

We’re going to change the detergent of our lab dishwasher, the original one has corresponding neutralizer from the same supplier, can I still be able to use the neutralizer? Does each detergent has its own neutralizer for the cleaning?

Check with the new supplier or the supplier of the neutralizer to see if they correspond. It should be the same. Check the manual of the dishwasher to make sure the new detergent is acceptable.
