Membrane 0.2 micron filter for compressed air

I need to if do a Bubble point test for a 0.2 micron Gas/Compressed air filter .

As i know that the bubble point test is done by wetting filters,The Gas Compressed air is a hydrophobic filter .

Is the Test applicable for 0.2 Micron gas filter which is a dry filter .

Yes, for hydrophobic filters the bubble point test is done as well. We wet our hydrophobic 0.2 mcm filters (Millipore) with 40/60 water/ isopropyl alchohol mixture (as written in the filter specification).

Check your filter specifiaction from the manufacturer, there should be written procedure for bubble point test.
