have anyone heard about validation of stir plate? Is it need to be validated? how do you validate it?

So if there are no functions on the stir plate beyond what is calibrated, then I would draft a good rationale to defend not “Validating” a stir plate. even if it is a timed function, as long as the timer is calibrated, I would still not. It is also in the way you write the rationale and linking it to the assay validation.
