I would like to carryout a qualification on an old liquid filling line, I have very little information from very shallow manuals. The line is integrated from a 1500L mixing tank which I also intend to include in the qualification. What aspects about the mixing tank, filler, capper and labeler should be addressed? Can I just end at OQ and have a trail with a product and take samples, how many? at what stage? for what tests?with what product?
I would be grateful for any material that can get me started.
