Link between TOC and noncondensable gases in the Pure Steam System

Hi.
I have a question : if exist a link between TOC and noncondensable gases in the Pure Steam System ?
When carbon dioxide (CO2) gets in contact with condensate, it dissolves in it and deteriorates into carbonic acid.
Does this acid can be determined by TOC analyzer and be a root cause of the high TOC results in the Pure Steam ?
Thanks.

Carbon dioxide is nonorganic carbon.TOC analyzer determined only organic carbon.
