I havent understood what is the purpose of polling for LOD checking method, u have given 2 options hplc and stages what does it mean bye the way??

I think you are expecting a software calculation in the system.Better instead of calculating noise integrate the blank at the corresponding RT and calculate the height of the blank and calculate the height of the signal and then dilute if necessary to get a S/N ratio of 3.0.
