Please suggest the replacement for H2O2 generator biodecontamination method in Isolator Qualification.
As such till the date no any data or validation method is designed other than H2O2 method.
This method is very recently approved by FDA. Not many people know about this now. Some of these technologies are secret and they have their own scientific methodology.
In fruit juice (Beverage) industry I have seen them using Para Acetic acid used for cleaning and sterilization in class A environments in Isolators.
It all depends up on how much log reduction you show the regulators with scientific evidence.
