Just wondering peoples views on using a better/ more accurate measurement system as part of validation than what is going to be used during production?
The current measurement systems do not give good enough resoluation for effective Cpk/Ppk analysis (not enough variablity shown). Really they are good enough for what they are measuring during production, just not good enough for data analysis.
