Dear All,

As we all aware that in wet granulation process Ampere load is one the criteria to know the granulation end point.

In case of Fluid Bed Processor (Top Spraying), How we determine granultion end point??

there are several methods to determine the end point of granulation. the simplest method is cohesion method.
ampere load, based on the power consumption during impeller’s rotation, is more suitable for high-shear granulator. other methods to control the end point are effusivity, digital imaging, NIR, and moisture content.
