The Golden Spiders Shortlist was announced yesterday, and it was good news for AskaboutValidation.com, who have been shortlisted for the Best Professional Services Website.

The Golden Spiders honour the work of Irish men and women for their achievements online with categories ranging from Media, Entertainment, Sports & Leisure, Finance, Retail, Professional Services, Travel, Tourism & Hospitality and e-Business to Internet Hero and Grand Prix.

AskaboutValidation entered the Golden Spiders in three categories for work carried out through the year with their clients, but is thrilled with the announcement of their shortlisting for Best Professional Services Website.

I think spiders is in relation to the web etc and golden as its seen as coming first I guess
