Fogging /Fumigation in manufacturing clean room

Could any one please guide on following.
There is no change in clean room. Fumigation is planned to avoid micro growth due to insect found inside clean room.

1.Is Particle count [non viable] required to perform after fumigation in clean room of class ISO8 [1,00,000]???
2.If required, is the particle counter able to detect the particles generated from fumigation solution [H2O2 + AgNO3]???
Please suggest and provide any reference guideline.

ISO 8 is clean, but isn’t a super restrictive “clean room”. But if you are concerned about microbial growth I would do your normal monitoring (weekly?) upon start-up.

So far I’ve managed to avoid fumigation and would recommend avoiding it. No one cares about the particulates from the fumigation, but they will care about the cleaning and any residual fumigation materials. You’ll essentially need to do a cleaning verification to ensure you’ve removed it all.
