Flow Cell Change - Validation Impact

Hello Experts,
HPLC was qualified with a flow cell designed for higher pressure. Now user wants to use a different flow cell and column to have lower internal pressure.
To what extent the OQ must be repeated is the question.
Please suggest.

Change the flow cell. Then calibrate the HPLC as per your SOP. This should include a section on wavelength accuracy.
