Difference between process measurables and critical process parameters

Hi,
I am reading the Drug Master File (EU CTD form) of a drug substance
the section of control critical steps and intermediates reports and distinguishes between critical process parameters and process measurables
what is the difference ? what is the difference between process measurables and critical process parameters? is there a GMP guidelines defining process measurables and critical process parameters?

Critical Parameters are your input to the process and process measurables are the response(s) or output of your process.
