Deviation from the mean temperature

Dear all,
During an autoclave validation (Empty chamber, set temperature 111 οC and Fo≥8 min) was achievied a mean temperature of T=111.4 oC and a Fo≥8 min.
What i want to ask is about the limits of maximun deviation between the mean temperature and the the thermocouples temperature. Is there any restriction?
To be more specific, the minimum thermocouple’s temperature was 1.6 degrees lower than the mean temperature and the maximum thermocouple’s temperature was 2.7 degrees higher from the mean temperature. What conclusions could be taken off about this validation???

Dear Liliadis,

Difference between any two points should not exceed + 1°C at mean chamber temperature. If the difference between minimum or maximum temperature greater than 2.5 °C from mean temperature than the system is malfunctioning, rectify the malfinctioning before the initiating of further studies.

Thanks
