I have combination of drugs with me. I need to develop a method for that combination. In such case what is the detector wavelength to be selected. how can i select that?.
can u suggest any method to derive a particular wavelength for my method?

usually all HPLCs are Dual wave length detector. the lambda is selective for the respective product.
some times the Lambda max is very near for the products. in this case you can justify the concentration to achive the peak hight and area as requried minimum of your analysis of interest.
