There is a small difference between Fh, Fd, Ft with the standard temperature value variation.
Fh is the equivalent time at 250 degrees
Fd is the equivalent time at 296.4 degrees
Ft is the equivalent time at 343.6 degrees
Z value is the temperature is required to attain one log reduction at D Value of one minute.
Z value for steam sterilization 10 dgrees
Z value for dry heat sterilization at 170 degrees is 20 degrees
Z value for dry heat sterilization at 250 derees is 46.4 degrees
