Dead spot determination

During blend sampling, sample to be taken from 10 different locations. How to fix these 10 locations (dead spots)?
Are they get fixed at validation of Blender?

depends on the shape of the blender - ribbon blender, double or slant cone, v-blender…

the wording of the question worries me… there should not be any ‘dead spots’ in the blender at all! - if it is functioning properly…
