Hello for all,

Id like to know the definition of the date of manufacture of many drug products

What is the date we must considered? the date of final analysis? the date of the final step of manufacture?

Request for Certificate of Analysis may require the date of manufacture (final purification leading to API).
This is as per ICH Q7A document.

Dear mch,
Manufacturing date is based on only final step of process like drying.
These process are exclude which are physical modification steps like micronisation, blending, milling etc.

most of the pharmacueitcal companies follow the date of dispensing as the mfg date…

We also follow date of manufacturing as date of dispensing.
