Can anyone explain what is a configuration specification. Is that the same as Software requirement specification(SRS).

What are the components that have to be covered under configuration specification?

The Configuration Specification is used to define the required configuration of the software in a system. It shows configuration settings or parameters. Basically it shows how the software is setup for use in a particular system.
