Has anyone validated the Cloud, especially the PaaS (Platform as a service)… any thoughts on this is highly appreciated.

PaaS - Platform as a service is a pay for use platform services for designing, developing, testing and even hosting the web applications. The requirement for a dedicated software and hardware is eliminated by use of this service which are all taken care by the platform provider i.e the Cloud vendor.
