If we want to categorise Automatic Cartoning Machine,it will be critical or non-critical?

That depends. Will there be a system (e.g. vision system, check weigher etc) to ensure all cartons are filled properly? Will you sample the cartons to ensure proper fill (e.g. AQL sampling)?
