For the BMS system which cover Production building and High Bay warehouse the FS, HDS,SDS, IQ and OQ protocol is delivered. The construction phase and utilities for production is nearly finished and ready for qualification but works for the warehouse are going to be late. Is it possible to split the IQ and OQ protocols to IQ/OQ of producton building and IQ/OQ protocol to warehouse? How should it be documented?
I don’t see why not…I would go back and update the Master Validation Plan to reflect this change before commencing.
Agreed. Regulatory agencies don’t require 1, 2, or 3 documents. The EU requires that items are performed in order (IQ and OQ, before PQ). But other than that. Testing can be done in one document or many documents whatever is easier and fasted for your company.
