I have any doubts about the information related to URS. Is correct to include an annex of URS with all calculations of current system?

I would think this was more applicable to the FDS document, this is where the information becomes more specific
As per me detail calculation are not clear at URS stage as it gives broad perspective of what you want, Detailing can be done in design specificaton stage.

In my opinion it is Absolutely fine,
URS should be the High level document which should not define the detail engineering & calcultaion part, but ofcourse data from user & process end i.e. Capacity, No. of operation hrs…such information should be included. There are so many places where you can add all these stuff of technical details & calculation (May be your assessment document / Design document, relevent part during execution & verification)…
