Has anyone used a biological indicator for monitoring steam sterilisation of filled intravenous bags? The trouble is finding something small enough to fit through the ports of the bag to get it inside and/or how to get the BI in without damaging the bag. Any advice appreciated.
you can inject it through injection(exit/entrance) port of PVC bag.
