I am trying to write the IQ/OQ/PQ for a 125Liter Biofermentor. How do we do the temperature mapping and place the BIs in the vessel if the agitator is spinning. Do we just turn the agitator off or is there another way to do this? If the agitator is running, the thermocouples will wrap around the agitator, and we are scared that the BIs will break… Any advice will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
