A tablet has failed for dissolution. I have reprocessed it and the disso has now come within limits. How do i proceed with the documentation like deviation and oos etc.

for not meeting the quality of dissolution oos has to be generated.later based on oos investigaton & recommendation only that can be reprocessed.
root cause has to be investigated.
