Kindly clear what is the good practice of cleaning and disinfection in aseptic area
1.- Wiping with WFI + Disinfectant + Wiping with WFI after hold time.
or
2. Wiping with WFI + Disinfectant
Or any other practice, please clear.

From disinfection perspective, it would be more effective if you apply practice #1. Because, it takes time for disinfectant to disinfect surfaces. That’s why it would be advisable to leave disinfectant with some contact time before you remove it with WFI. In addition, it is also recommended if you could change type of disinfectant periodically. Otherwise, microbial would get immunization towards the disinfectant.
