In 2011, according to Huggett and Lähteenmäki (2012), the top ten best selling biologics were Humira, Enbrel, Rituxin, Remicade, Avastin, Herceptin, Neulasta, Lucentis, Avonex and Rebif. Of these, seven are manufactured using CHO cell lines.
