Is it needed to validate 121 C hot water sanitation on WFI distribution line via using validator (thermal validation)?
Steam sterilize initially and then line is considered self-sanitizing with at least 65 deg C WFI continuously circulating in the loop. If temp goes below this for several hours, may need to re-steam.
