Hi everyone, I did an door test of refrigerator and incubators to find out how long the temperature can be maintained within the range, should I punt these findings into SOPs, ie to specify the time that a door can be kept opened? thanks.

No. I do not think so it will be a wise move.
Always write in SOP that it should be made as quickly as possible with out interruptions and mishandling of materials during loading and unloading of materials.
If at all you think to mention time, it is in the best interest to protect the material, you can give a time 20-30% less time than the one you have actually found.

The only problem is people tend to become more casual when working with such chambers. It causes serious consequences on longer run.

thanks for explanation. this is just opinion from others, but I can not convince them.
